central location lovely deco hot room air con
the location was super central a train station was just across the street i liked the nice cocktail bar it was a good building i thought the deco was lovely
the rooms were quite hot even with air con on that did not seem to change it was an issue for our friends too the only other thing that let the hotel down was that i found the rooms quite hot

cramped room broken dispenser
I wasn't thrilled with a couple of things. the room felt quite cramped. Honestly, barely enough space to move around. also, i noticed the soap dispenser in the bathroom wasn't working. i reported it twice, but nothing happened.. i had to take it to the reception myself. it was a bit of a hassle.

awesome experience
gin collection friendly staff clean rooms
i saw the hotel had a cool bar. it had a huge gin collection. staff members were friendly plus rooms were well cleaned. i also appreciated the comfortable bar area staying open late.
i noticed my room faced the front. noise from the trains felt annoying. the lifts were a bit noisy too because my room was near them. breakfast facilities were inadequate for people.

central location public transport basic amenities cozy atmosphere
the location is central. i found many options for public transport. my room included basic amenities and i thought it was very clean. the lobby area had a cozy atmosphere and felt comfortable after walking around all day.
the night tables were tiny. the shower door is half glass. this meant water splashed out even when i pointed the shower head at the wall. the floor got wet quickly.

the hotel is situated conveniently between alexanderplatz and hackescher markt. it is very central and allows quick access to everything on foot. also, many cafes, markets, and restaurants are open until late nearby.

the staff members were polite and helpful. the front desk staff was particularly attentive and cute. i was able to leave my luggage at reception before check-in and i got rooms close to each other.

i found the room clean, and the toiletries smelled nice. beds were comfy, and i liked standard lighting option.
there werent basic amenitiess in my room, no iron and no coffee. i also notice the safe was broken, i felt upset
